A platform meant to improve the whole experience of lottery buying in Costa Rica while digitalizing the process and simplifying the rewarding steps.

Problem
The national entity in charge of distributing and selling lottery tickets didn't have a way to get to more people, because of their lack of a digital solution where people can purchase lottery, from any location, at any time.
Scope of work
Research
Carry out a couple of rounds of interviews to define the basic criteria that will be compared with some competitors, to identify common minimums.

Architecture
Organize the compiled info to establish the possible journey that the user might follow, to then test its efficiency.

Create a prototype, put it through testing and analyze the results to improve the design, to then define the design system and UX guidelines.
Delivery
Apply the UI design, prepare assets for dev, and prepare a presentation for closure of the design process.
